Did you eat too much on Thanksgiving?

Most of us eat too much on Thanksgiving and during the season in general.

I ate way too much pumpkin pie yesterday. It is my favorite. I actually started in on it the day before Thanksgiving. My Dad came to visit me and I jumped in on the pie he brought. I wait all year to totally binge out on my Dad’s famous pumpkin pie. He even made two so I could have one just for me. What is your Thanksgiving favorite?

Are you feeling a bit like the turkey with extra stuffing today? To get rid of the extra calories I have this simple fat busting workout I can do in my living room. Check it out. You can do it at home or at the gym. Try and go as fast as you can using controlled movements, but don’t over do it.


The Workout 

15 Squat jumps
5 Push-ups
25 High knees
7 Burpees
10 Lunges
7 Squats
5 Push-ups
10 Lunges
7 Squats
15 Squat jumps
1 Minute Wall sit
5 Push-ups
25 High knees
* Repeat 3 times. Resting as needed


When I eat too much I drink a a few cups of one of our Detox teas– either Crimson, Mayan or Onyx to help my liver process all the extra fats I had and cleanse my blood so I am back to normal as soon as possible.
