Detox Diet 101: Why Your Body Needs a Detox Cleanse

For the most parts, our bodies are self-cleaning. Unlike your oven, you don’t need to click a setting to get your detox moving. As we eat and drink, our organs work in sync to eliminate toxins and purify the body. This detox process happens constantly, but at the same time, we are also taking in chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, and other unhealthy pollutants.
