Great news everyone! Crimson, one of our most popular teas that help you lose weight, is back in stock and ready for you to enjoy at home, at work, during your commute – or anywhere else!
If you’re a fan of apple pie-flavored Crimson, then you already know that it’s a delicious and delectable selection that tastes so good, that it’s hard to believe that it’s actually among the very best teas that help you lose weight.
And if you’re new to Crimson and thinking of giving it a taste and a try, below we’ll highlight one of the key ingredients that will have you becoming a life-long Crimson fan after the first sip: Garcinia Cambogia.
Garcinia Cambogia is a small, pumpkin-shaped fruit native to India and Southeast Asia, which contains hydroxycitric acid (HCA). This works in a couple of ways to help promote weight loss.
First, it helps suppress appetite by boosting serotonin levels – which is linked to elevated mood. Since many people are “emotional eaters” (i.e. they eat unhealthily or overeat when they’re upset, anxious, depressed and so on), this can directly help control cravings and support weight loss goals.
Second, hydroxycitric acid helps thwart the body’s fat-producing process by inhibiting citrate lyase, which is an enzyme that the body uses to convert carbohydrates into fats.
As an added bonus, hydroxycitric acid can even help reduce LDL (a.k.a. “bad”) cholesterol levels, raise HDL (a.k.a. “good”) cholesterol, and improve overall health. It has even been reported to increase lean muscle mass, which is enormously beneficial – and in fact, necessary – for losing weight and keeping it off while staying healthy and fit at the same time.
Suggestions
While you can enjoy a cup of Crimson anytime that you wish, we suggest that you have two cups a day after each meal. And as always, it’s best to avoid teas that help you lose weight if you’re on blood thinners, pregnant or nursing.
Plus, you can re-use your silk sachet 2-3 times a day. Simply allow the sachet to air dry (i.e. there is no need to “squeeze” to dry it out). And don’t throw your sachet out when you’re finished, either – you can re-use it in a number of practical ways – everything from helping shine your shoes, to feeding your plants, and more!
